Meet Dr. James Tabet

Dr. James Tabet is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Born and raised in Maryland, he first built his scientific foundation at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the Henry B. Robinson Award in Restorative Dentistry and the 2026 AGD Future Leader in General Dentistry Award.

During his time in dental school, Dr. James participated in the “Vulnerable Populations” honors clinic, where he specialized in providing care to underserved and vulnerable communities, an experience that deeply shaped his patient-centered approach to dentistry.

After completing his education in Philadelphia, Dr. James was eager to return to his roots in Baltimore to serve his home community. He takes pride in actively listening to his patients, explaining procedures clearly, and creating a comfortable, stress-free environment built on trust. Whether performing routine preventive care or complex treatments, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside of the office, Dr. James enjoys staying active and spending time with loved ones. He is an avid hiker and food enthusiast. He also enjoys playing video games with friends, and is always looking for TV show recommendations.
